These help maintain my mood and energy level really well. On days I don't take them, my family and I all notice the stark difference.

The only problem I had with this was the shipment. When they arrived, the pills were all caked together. I could break them up with a fork once I opened the bottle but naturally this damages some of the individual pills. The package was left on the front porch as always and was not left sitting there for more than a few minutes, AND it wasn't even hot out. This is a bit frustrating because none of my local pharmacies stock this. I am hoping I can still get a good use out of this container.
