Mashiko Pottery Cooperative Selling Center

The Mashiko Pottery Cooperative Selling Center, is in the Mashiko area of Tochigi Prefecture's Haga County. Mashiko ware fired at various kilns are on display here, so you are sure to find something you like.
The premises houses various facilities including "Mashiko-yaki Honten" (Mashiko ware main shop), "Mashiko-yaki Shinkan Baiten" (Mashiko ware new-building shop) and "Mashiko-yaki Togei-kan (Mashiko ware pottery building), and galleries displaying Mashiko pottery art, as well as pottery classes, and restaurants. There are many ways to enjoy your time at the Center, such as buying Mashiko ware, sampling food, viewing art, and buying the famous “ponta manju” steamed cakes.
The pottery classes can accommodate up to 100 participants at a time, making it an ideal activity for group bookings.
